Diziac Fragrance Studio: Shipping & Pickup Policy

At Diziac, we ensure your luxury icons are handled with the utmost care. Whether you are visiting us in North York or ordering from across Canada, here is how we get your scents to you.

1. Local Pickup (Jane Finch Mall)

Get it today. Skip the wait and the shipping fees by picking up your order directly from our boutique.

• Location: Jane Finch Mall, 1911 Finch Ave W, North York, ON.

• Processing Time: Most pickup orders are ready within 1 hour during mall operating hours.

• How it works: Choose "Local Pickup" at checkout. You will receive an email notification the moment your order is ready. Please bring your confirmation email and a valid ID.

2. Shipping within Canada

We ship via Canada Post and tracked courier services to ensure your perfumes arrive safely.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

• Shipping Rates: * Orders over $79: FREE Standard Shipping.

  • Orders under $79: Calculated at checkout.

• Estimated Delivery:

  • Ontario & Quebec: 2-4 business days.

  • Rest of Canada: 4-7 business days.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Due to the nature of alcohol-based fragrances, we only offer ground shipping within Canada. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

In the rare event that your luxury scent arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customer.service@diziac.ca with photos of the packaging and the product.
